That the Govt Adjust Taxation laws on returning Expats who are working overseas returning with (usually) remittances, experience & knowledge

The Govt, in its anxiousness to tax at the maximum possible, want to try to dip into overseas earned wages, salaries and retained profits of  returning Expats, extending the taxation accounting period for earnings outside NZ territories, beyond the period of actual employment in any single taxation year in NZ.

Tax paid, by returning residents, should only be calculated on what was actually earned in NZ during the period, and not take into account earnings from overseas outside the period of actually residing in NZ.
