That the Govt Encourage support & promote active plastic recycling in industry within NZ in part through the introduction of border duties 11 - 2 0 -
That the Govt require for all learners & Dangerous drivers to do a defensive driving course. this will cost more money to set up but recover from fees 12 - 2 0 -
